Assistant Professor at the School of Management. She has a Ph.D. and MA in Management from Tulane University. She directed the MA in Development Management Practice (MDP) and has been a member of the Social enterprise Knowledge Network (SEKN) since 2005. She teaches the courses: Social Responsibility, Public Management, and Colombia and its Institutions on undergraduate programmes; Social Partnerships on the specialisation in negotiation, and Social Enterprise on the MA in Environmental Management and the MDP.





Research interests

Social enterprise and social innovation in non-profit and hybrid organisations. She is currently working on the understanding of the effects of transition processes between non-profit and hybrid organisations in organisational legitimacy. She is experienced in qualitative methods and her current research project focuses on exploring new procedures to assess legitimacy through content analysis. She is currently taking part in a number of teaching cases related to her area of interest.
