Assistant Professor, School of Management. Ph.D. in Management (Tulane University), MSc in Management (Tulane University),MSc in Industrial Engineering (Universidad de los Andes), Industrial Engineering (Universidad del Valle). Professor of courses in Modeling and Multivariate Analysis for Undergraduate students. Current member of Academy of Management (AOM), and Strategic Management Society (SMS). 

 

Research interests

Gender in Organizations: antecedents and implications of gender diversity in corporate governance and management in private firms. Family firms and entrepreneurial families: values and legacy, and gender in family firms. Rural organizations: integration of rural producers into the market and their economic and social dynamics.
